History - Since Inception & Going Forward

The current structure of DELFIA managed by Henk de Graaf, Founder and Managing Director has been operating the organization in a profitable manner since inception. Below are some of the key milestones that Delfia has achieved since the beginning: 

•   Delfia Pty Ltd started in 1986 as a small family company operating from the residence of the Managing Director. In 1987, Delfia moved to its own 4 units dwelling in the Joondalup Business Park and successfully operating as a property management company since then.

• Until the last financial year (2021-2022), Delfia has been steadily maintained the business with a single story dwelling with multiple units and with reasonable profitability.

•  DELFIA’s client database includes local businesses that are renting from Delfia. 

• Maintained the dwelling in good condition and managed business tenants’ rent etc with a good working relationship.

• Steady improvement including roof solar for the property and attend to the periodical maintenance of all units in good condition
